Baby Shower
El Baby Shower es una reunión de mujeres, clásica antes del nacimiento de un bebe.
Normalmente lo organizan la madre, hermana o una íntima amiga de la embarazada y el objetivo de ésta es reunir a todas las parientes y amigas para festejar el próximo nacimiento.
Si tu eres la encargada de organizar esta reunión no te olvides de preguntar a la futura madre cuáles son los regalos que ella desea, de tal forma que puedas pedir una cuota general para comprar estos obsequios, entregar un cheque en una hermosa cajita de regalo o comentar a las invitadas para que ellas adquieran con toda libertad el regalo que deseen.
Este evento se lo organiza en el último mes de embarazo, y normalmente en horas de la tarde, con más frecuencia a la hora del té.
Recuerda que las invitaciones las puedes realizar por teléfono, y con una semana de anticipación.
Existen en el mercado gran variedad de proveedores que te ofrecen artículos muy útiles para la decoración de este tipo de reunión, como son los removedores para cocteles, servilletas, platos y vasos desechables con diseño especial, muñequitos que decoran la torta, recuerditos, etc.
Este Baby Shower será mucho más divertido si tu organizas unos jueguitos para que las invitadas disfruten.

Juegos:
* Tomas un rollo de papel higiénico y haces que cada invitada recorte la cantidad que suponen mide el contorno de la barriga de la embarazada, cuando todas han terminado comienzan a compararlo con la verdadera medida, verás la impresión que tienen las invitadas sobre el tamaño de la embarazada, de este modo la persona que más se aproxime gana un premio.
* Entregas a cada invitada una hoja y un lápiz y les informas que ganará el juego la que escriba en orden el mayor número de artículos de los que tú sacaras durante medio minuto. Tu enseñaras en forma rápida 10 o 12 artículos para bebe como pañal, biberón, chupón, manta, etc., y al terminar de enseñarlos, tienen que comenzar a escribir.
Anunciación de nacimiento:
Luego de que el bebe ha nacido, el padre deberá telefonear a los familiares y amigos para comunicarles sobre la feliz noticia. En caso de que tengas parientes que vivan en el exterior no olvides enviarles una tarjeta de participación por correo.
